The Ramadan Mystery

Once there was a girl named Noor. She had black long hair. She smiled with happiness because today was Ramadan.

​

She had on pink with jewels on the sleeves dress. Her shoes were green with little sparkles. The kitchen smelled like grape leaves. For dessert, there were going to be cookies. She was excited because she was going to break her fast in one hour.

Noor’s stomach grumbled like thunder. She was very hungry. But when it was time to eat, the food was missing! So Noor and her family went looking for the thief. Noor was scared there was not going to be iftar.

But then she heard a meow, so she quickly ran to open the door, and there she found her cat Leo eating grape leaves. So she showed him to her mom. Then they bought new grape leaves, and Noor told Leo not to steal the grape leaves anymore.
